Supper disappointed and and angry.
Order was invoiced on the 4th and still not received. I have been up and down because my customers are going away for the holidays and they want their stuff before they go, the excuse i get is that there are delays due to the memorial.???
After mentioning that customers are thretening to icancel their orders (mind u some of theo customers have already paid). Then i get told so casual by the supervisor (Psychology) that if customers cancel then i must just simply return the product for refund. I guess the relationship with the customer does not really matter to Avon's supervisor.
Im just shocked by this kind of service. I mean i offered to go and fetch the box myself (my own petrol) from wherever the box is - been asking this since yesterday. No one knows exactly where it is.
I truly was enjoyinog selling avon, even told my manager. However if im gonna be told "unfortunately nothing we can do at this stage?? " then i dont see the point. There is alway wsomething someone can do. I mean i offered to follow the parcel for pit sake. If im willing to go algl the way why isnt Avon willing to also go all the way to assist me.
