Hi, i placed an order with an agent of Avon, i was assured that i would recieve the ordered products as when the agent went on line to order, stock was available this was on the 19/11/2013.I was guaranteed delivery. However she came to me on the 26/11/2013 and advised that Avon had NO STOCK.I was so dissappointed i than called and spoke to a Togo Skosana (customer services) who basically told me that when order was placed stock was available when the packing was done there was no stock. Is this not misleading for their agents and customers???
I than asked to speak to the managers and was emphatically told that they would not call me back as this is not important enough for a call back. I am disgusted by Avon and their customer services!!!
