For the last 3 campaigns of Avon I have ordered specials but never get them due to lack of stock. First I was told it was cause if the truckers strike but that ended ages ago. In the one campaign for the 24th sept to 19 octo for the fantastic festive deals that was a joke. U have to buy all 3 items for R199 or R129 and get a free gift. Cause one of those 3 gifts are out of stock I not only don't get the free gift but end up having to pay for 2 items that I didn't really want as I was after the free gift. This is not the first time and as a loyal Avon customer for 5 years I'm shocked at this. I don't blame my representative as she did her best to help. Avon needs a big wake up cause not only have you lost me as a customer but I have stopped most of my family anmd friends from buying cause what u order and what you receive is like chalk amd cheese. The colours you order are never in stock so I have to get other colours. Shocking shocking shocking!!! Wake up Avon cause u are gonna lose more and more customers.
