I cancelled my Eskom account on 22/03, firstly the electronic system would not work so had to phone them. They told me the refund of my deposit would take 5-7 working days after banking details were confirmed, which was confirmed telephonically. To date I have sent them the eft refund form stamped by the bank 3 times already. I have received my final account with a nil balance through the post already, but to date no refund. Every person you speak to at the call centre has something different to say to the period of refund and I have been waiting for nearly a week for a senior person to contact me back after phoning every day. Eskom your service delivery.
