I changed my electricity from conventional to prepaid about a year and half years back, of which i had an amount of R540.00 owed to me from the conventional billing system. i tried everything in power to claim that money and even now i have not yet received a cent from eskom. when i go in branch they refer me to call centre and when i phone the call centre they give me a reference number (63917569) and tell me to go to the branch the same thing has been going round in circles until now.
all i ask from eskom is to give back my money and stop taking me from pillar to post.
