I have joined Avon as one of their consultant, with no call of confirmation if i have been accepted the first stock was supplied to me and i paid it, i made another order which i have paid R1600, it turned out i over paid the stock my bill was supposed to be R1339.50 so R300 was supposed to credited back to my account which i send them all the proof of payment for that and still they still sending emails for proof of payment which i did send them more than 5time, they then delivered stock to wrong address, which is the company next to mine, then the person who sells avon there was not available but the securities signed on her behalf, she then found out where i work by her mercy she came to deliver my stock however it came with books that are worth almost R600 that i never ordered, i asked them to send someone to come pick it up as i never ordered such, the customer service center refused saying that i need to call my branch manager which they gave me someone who stays in Witbank and she said thats not her area, they then gave me my area manager which i called several times and left voice messages with no response.and now i am left with no refund of almost R800. thies is a cruel servi
