Where is my sister's parcel

I send a parcel to my sister in December from Canada. Your system shows that it arrived at sunnyside postoffice and now it is being send or in transit to tshwane hub. My sister actually went to check at sunnyside postoffice and she says that the very unhelpful staff would not give her any information about it. This is very frustrating because she has even tried giving them the tracking number. Please may you resolve this situation, the tracking number is
