STOCK WAS NOT ORDERED BY ME!!

I today received a box from Avon with a couple hundred rands worth of stock which I did not order. I contacted the call centre and they tell me the order was received via internet on the 31st December 2013, when I told them it was not me that ordered it and they must come and take it back, she said once delivered its MY responsibility to get it back to AVON. On contacting the lady I place my orders through (only 1 order ever placed), she told me as far as she knew I was in credit and could not be sent anything as my account was stale but that the Unit Manager if she cant get hold of you, simply places an order on your behalf and sends to you? Now I have to drive to drop off the goods at a destination and I have to pay R20 to have these items placed in Ziplok bags? this is not how the new consumer protection act works, I never ordered the goods and I don't see why it has been made my problem to sort it out. My first experience with avon has been an absolute disaster from start to finish, I will NEVER buy through them again. Their don't care attitude is disgusting to say the least!!!
