Logged a call for eskom to remove a pole in my yard. was told they need to quote me first, waited for the quote, called again, another call was logged. phoned again, am told the equipment is ready, they just need a contractor, when i ask about the quote they are suprised and inform me they will update the call. i ask if someone was there, no one knows.
