I am also one of those customers who would like to express utter disappointment with the quality of Baby Soft tissues. I bought 18 pack in November and the whole pack looked like it was destined for defects. I felt cheated, And everyone in my house kept asking me why am I buying different tissues now, and I see a couple of complaints about the same thing, I think you guys must up your game and explain this deterioration. I sent them an email early December on their website; to this date, not even an acknowledgement came through. If you are downgrading, let us know so people can choose to stick with your bad quality or get something else.
