I have been using baby soft for as long as I remember but of late the quality we are buying is not what we are paying for. We trust that a reliable costumer that overlook the other brands just to get the toilet paper I am paying for I have the right to complain
Its surprisingly how month by month there is a difference in a pack. Sometimes they are hard or outrageously shreddy, Now the printed doggies colour fades away
I thought of buying 3 ply now because it might not be what it promises. I am double ply person but double went straight to nothing.
As a constumer I am cheated of what I pay for and I am more unhappy because it has been happening for a long time
