Ad quality

I as a long time member, of baby soft would just like to report that the quality as dropped and I am shocked almost horrified,
The quality is stringy and the puppies color seem to fade,
I don't know if I should change my product after all these years,

But really I'm shocked I would expect to get what I paid for and now I feel I am receiving the same quality as local shop brands.
I would like to know if something has changed.

But in general I'm sort of shock and fuming at the same time.
