I had recently been to pickedup two parcel which are exactly identical, however I had to pay 2 different amounts on tax for these items. On the letter from customs it suggests I had to p[ay 10% of the item value.
The item value was R6010 so times that by 2. which mean I had to pay R1202 est.
I got to the post office and found I had to pay nearly R3000 for a gift which was sent to me. I would like to know when you would refund me of the extra I had to pay. the second slip clearly had the additons with the other parcel added and your incompent staff is unable to read and fiqure it out.
