I wanted to make use of the Cash on delivery (COD) value-added parcel service listed under the "Domestic Parcel Service" of your 2012/2013 Postal Rates today however this branch had never done a Cash on delivery (COD) transaction before and after a short wait i was informed that only companies / registered users can make use of this service.
Is this correct as i did not read any limitations in the Postal Rates book?
