So it turns out that my credit record states that my Avon account from March 2011 is still open. When I called them to enquire, they siad no, its inactive. When I asked for a closing letter, they claimed that the account still had R81 outstanding. When I asked why I was never informed, they just apologised and asked when it would be paid. Are you serious! When I asked for a statement, they informed me that i should just pay it. What a load of.
I will NEVER, EVER support AVON again because this is not the first time they messed up with invoices. So now, I have ot go and find proof of payment for this R81 dating back to 2011! I am completely disgusted with Avon.
