Continued to bill me after subscription terminated

Through Autopage and WASPA the subscription was terminated on 5 Feb 2013. Smartcall ignored this initial request and continued to bill me until 5 March 2013. They now refuse to refund me from 5 Feb 2013 to 5 March 2013. I have tried from 5 March 2013 through Autopage and Waspa via numerous e-mails to get my refund to no avail.
