I called on the 25/03/13 to advise that my phone contract finished in Feb but I was debited again for R199 in March, the girl at the call centre said it would be logged through for them to refund me and its been 10 days and I have not had feedback or refund. Can you please refund me my R199 that was debited from my account on the 20/03/13 as I do not owe you for this contract any more, can this be done urgent as I do not want to wait another 10 days for my money to be refunded
