Poor service from Avon Justine

Hi. My Justine order was despatched with the driver on the 28/3, to date still have not received. When you call the call center, the consultant just says that they have no control over the drivers and my customers are now already cancelling my orders.

This is unacceptable as they should be able to communicate with the drivers and see exactly when they wll be delivering.
