Hi I made a payment of TV license in January this year and still waiting for my statement, I phoned the call centre last week only to find out my account is fine but they need to send a request out for me to receive a statement I said its fine and gave them the 24 hours, today I phoned again for the statement because I didn't receive it yet only to find out they need to send out another request, how many requests do u guys have to send out just for me to receive a statement? my id number is as above if u guys need to contact me my details is on your system
