I hope this report will help someone avoid making the mistake I did. I purchased a VIP full day spa for 2 at Sara Spa in October 2012 through Groupon. Due to the spa being ''fully booked'' I was given an appointment for 20 January 2013 at 10am. When I phoned yesterday to confirm, we were told we had no booking and that they are closed on Sundays! I was told by Valerie that Sara would call me back as she "only worked there" and did not know anything about it. I have made more calls than I can count to Sara Spa. They just do not answer their cell phones. There of course is no land line number available. On the rare occasion that the phone was answered, I was asked to leave a message. I have left messages with Valerie, Candice and a gentleman who did not give me his name. I have sent email after email in the last 36 hours. To no avail. I get no response, no feedback. My friend and I were so excited for the VIP day spa as we are working moms who need some time out. Now we are trying to get refunded which I fear will be a long uphill struggle. Sad that there are operators like this out there. Be warned - choose suppliers based on what is recommended by people you know and trust.
