I have not received any mail in two months

I have not received any mail for two months now. This includes bills and subscriptions. The senders confirmed posting the mails. This is affecting my business. When i called the branch three weeks ago, they told me it was because of the strike but i read in the papers that the strike was resolved two weeks ago.
