On 18 January 2013 I started receiving smses from Avon stating that I have to pay an Avon account that I didn't know about. I was a Shock to me that I have a debt and I called them and they said I should forward them an affidavit so that they conduct investigations. I did that just about 2 times and i was told that all b informed about the process.but unfortunately i am still waiting and now when I write to them they don't replay at all.what i get is only the first massage with the WITNESS on the subject line. I have wasted much money trying to call them but still my name is under debt.and bad thing is i am only a student so the money i spend because of them not doing proper work is a lot. Avon please do your work right and clear up my name. I cannot pay For something I don't even Know. And whats so bad is the Credit keeps on increasing. People are not suporse to suffer because of the way your company works to register clients.it is not our fault.
