Avon prematurely handed over my outstanding account of R280 to ITC when I have telephonically told them and e-mailed them many times regarding this amount which is according to me not due. How can an account be handed over if there is an existing dispute over it and Avon has not attended to it at all?? The public should be weary of joining Avon!!
