Unacceptable and shabby workmanship

I am the owner of the ford fiesta. i took the car for its120 000km service on the 06/12/2012 in preparation for my summer holidays. En route to my holiday destination, the car began to overheat. About 100km from Johannesburg the car became undriveable. We had to park off every know and again to allow the car time to cool down thereby endangering my safety and that of my family. I had to continue my vacation with a loan vehicle. I had to hire a truck to bring the back from Johannesburg. On the 10/01/2013 i returned the car to kempster ford bluff. I was then advised that the car had blown a cylinder head gasket, I was originally quoted a ridiculous amount of R15000 to have the car repaired. After kicking and screaming this amount was reduced to R6281. After numerous quires about what work was carried out on the original service in particular the pressure test carried out on the cooling system of the vehicle, all my efforts were in vain. i had the pipes tested and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the radiator pipes. i cannot understand why a vehicle a few days out of a major service would over heat thereby costing me thousands of rands. i will never ever buy another ford again.
