It was widely advertised that if you subscribe to the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon Track Your Runner Service you will receive tracking messages on your runner during the race. In order to subscribe to this service you need to sms your runner number to 38119 (R10 for 5 messages). They send a confirmation message to thank you for subscribing and yet the race has been on for 3 hours and still no tracking message on my runner!!!
