I ordered stock on Monday 25 March, had conflicting messages about delivery and phoned the Area Manager, Siyabonga - he confirmed that delivery was logged for Thursday 28 March. The school holiday and Easter weekend has started, I have no stock and had to rush around finding drinks to serve. I left two messages on Siyabonga's phone on Thursday morning - no reply. I have also complained about a Fuze tea delivery of weeks ago (28 of the bottles was not filled properly) - this was forwarded from one to the other (they copied me in), we phoned again and again and are still waiting for a credit on this, as well as our delivery.
