Parcel twice

SINCE DECEMBER I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A DELIVERY FROM THE US, THE ITEMS LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND VANISH UPON ARRIVING HERE IN SA. now the poor seller in America is frustrated and so am I because I have ordered twice and lost money, and this person loses money trying to replace the item as well.

someone is busy items and its not in america, it tracks right up until it leaves the country then thats it. the buyer now has said that she will never ship to south africa again, as this is the second seller she has had to parcels "lost" for.
I have put both tracking numbers below. i really dont think its fair on both of us we lost so much money because of and incompetence on the end of SAPO. both tracking numbers: LC973415269US
this is for the 2nd attempt to ship the item: LC723268939US. i just want my parcel :( and when i call the call centre all they say is that its not in the system... this isnt right...
