SAPO has without fail the worst Track and Trace facility I have ever seen, how much business are they losing to DHL, Fedex, TNT etc etc, simply because they have an outdated website and faulty functionality... I wonder who does the web-hosting and how the contract was awarded?
In the past 3 or 4 years I have tried to "track and trace" on numerous occasions, and every time have had to call customer service to establish the whereabouts of my parcel... and the automated customer service system is another "Hello Peter" report all on it own!
You can't fix a poor reputation if you are unable to deal with the basic stuff!
