SA Post Office
2 parcels sent, only one arrived so fa

I sent 2 parcels from one post office, at the same time.

This was on 8th February, the first parcel arrived 12th February, the second one still hasnt arrived!

On the track and trace website, the last info I have was on the 16th February, where it was practically back where it started.

I have tried to call the SAPO number, and I get a message saying that they are unavailable, I find this completely unacceptable! I needed that parcel last week already!
