If you visit the Post Office's new website and you're lucky enough to have it load, you'll notice there's no more Track and Trace functionality on the website. To perform a track and trace, I either need to phone the helpdesk and hold on the line forever until someone decides they feel productive, or else I need to send an SMS to what appears to be a premium rate number and wait for a response.
Both of these methods cost me money, for a service I'm already angry I'm paying so much for. How difficult is it to put tracking information on a website? And exactly how are international senders supposed to track parcels within our shores?
This is so incredibly stupid...
