I went into Dream Nails at CW (107 LL) for the 1st time today for an arm wax. Considering that I have been for many arm waxes before and that I have a rather high pain threshold, this therapist gave me the worste arm wax I have ever had. It clearly obvious that she has no idea how to wax properly, and she waxed over the same area easily 8 times, even after I asked her to not wax there again as it was clearly inflamed and swelling.
Now I have large blood spots everywhere, and my arms are bruised and very painful - which is quite something since I do NOT bruise easily or quickly - and lets not forget my swollen patches where she refused to listen to me when I said - "stop, leave that area".
Besides all that - she was unprofessional, she dropped wax on my clothes, and even got wax in my hair (on my head)!
This was my first and last time at any Dream Nails. I will never go there again and will strongly advise others to go elsewhere - where their staff are trained properly. I do not blame the therapist, I blame Dream Nails for not employing well trained professional therapist. if you cannot do the service - DO NOT OFFER IT!
