Containers sent in to be replaced

I sent in 1 big square container and 3 lunch box lids that were peeling to Tupperware via there Demonstrator (Ensaaf Rabin) May 2012. I was informed March 2013 that the Senior Manager for Tupperware Cape Town, Zaida Hendricks, did not follow it up and now my container and lids are missing. I contacted tupperware on 28 March 2013 whereby Nomvula Tshabala sent me an email to explain what my problem was. I responded 2 April 2013 and to date haven't heard a word from tupperware. they dont even acknowledge receipt of emails when i enquire.
