Money from my account has been taken away

I placed and order with you deals for a holiday in bali to the value of 3000 rand. i could not go on the holdiday and a portion of the money was credited to me. (2500 rand) as soon as the website changed all my credit was lost. can i please get an explaination as to what has happened to my money?
