Almost a month and still no parcel???

I have been awaiting a parcel that was last scanned at WitsPos on 12 Feb 2013. Since then I have had no luck. When will this parcel be sent to Gallo Manor Post office? I am aware that there was a strike but hasn't this ended? Seriously, what a bad reputation this has given the Post Office. A strike is not supposed to bring a business to a hault and suspend all services! Why should I even consider using your services again?
