On Wednesday I placed an order for same day delivery to a patient in hospital. The next morning delivery had not taken place, I contacted Gift in a Box and was told by Isabelle that she had no power and was unable to deliver until Friday. Despite the patient already being discharged from hospital I accepted her excuse and changed the delivery address to me. When I received the product I was dissatisfied and kindly asked for a refund to which the reply was that the order was per requirements and if I wanted designer clothes I would have paid more. She thought that I expected designer clothes refused a refund and also stated "what planet are you on?? ". She was disinterested in speaking to me despite my request. When my husband spoke to her she raised her voice and hung up on him. She continued to hang up on him when he called. She replied to his complaint about taking it further stating "I have no time to waste on pettiness so as stated go ahead!!! " As a customer I believe that we are entitled to a full refund. Her terrible attitude added to the frustration and disappointment with Gift in a Box and I will never order from them again nor recommend their falsely advertised products.
