Collection agencies that are hired by fonechoice are very effective and efficient to bring the money owed back, however clearing the name of the person take forever, I paid up the account on the 03 March 2013 and received my clearance letter 12 days later. I forwarded the same letter to fonechoice the very same day, 9 days later am still waiting for the account to be updated am told about process that need to be followed. I don't where to turn too, I feel so helpless and this is just the highlight of what we call service.
