The agency (SKY-NET) had placed an ad in several newspapers for call center position available without experience. Upon calling the company on 011 0539406 you are requested to leave your contact details and advised that u will receive an sms, which they send you to go to they offices for interviews and training. They advised us that they only acquire 40 people in the beginning and that only the successful candidates that pass the test with 75% will be considered, but they call and interview hundreds of people daily and advise them the same thing. You are also so required to pay a R300 administration fee before writing the test and after getting your results which is always in the 80's you will then be asked to come back to the offices with R35 for transportation to be taken to the company of your choice which is (Telkom, Vodacom, Cell C, MTN and Legal Exec). Even though you choose the company of choice they give you excuses and take you to Legal Exec which is a none recognizable legal advisory with a very small clientele. The agency SK-Net then take their receipts back before taking you to the company and never gets back to u again. Even now contacting them becomes an issue.
