The service at your hair salon is atrocious to say the least. I was told to phone Katrien this morning to make an appointment at the salon. I called her and she was not yet at the salon (after 9a.m.!) and promised to call me back when she got there at 11a.m. After 12, I decided to call her again and got through to Thobeka who told me Katrien was busy with a client. I asked for a price for my daughter's matric farewell (an 'upstyle') and was told that Katrien does not do 'upstyles' but they would get Ronelle to call me back at 1pm. Well after 1, I had to phone back again and got through to Katrien this time who first told me that Ronelle would not be coming in today and then said that she would be coming in at 3p.m. She could not give me a price on an 'upstyle' as 'she works for herself and Ronelle for herself also'. What kind of a hair salon is this??? I was intending to have hair and make-up for my daughter and a treat for myself which would've amounted to over R1000. I have changed my mind after getting absolutely useless service from your salon!
What a pity that your excellent spa is attached to such an inadequate hair salon!
