I ordered a parcel from the UK and it arrived at customs in JHB on the 11/1/2014, from there it has been to Germiston/Brakpan/Witpos/Germiston and is now in hiding since the 24/1/2014. Its meant to come to Springs but we apparently are not on the map. If i phone tracking and tracing all i get is thank u for your patience all our agents are busy until i lose my patience and put the phone down after 20 mins average holding on. (5 attempts in the last 2 days). This is the 4th time i have had a parcel roam the country in the last year, i think it time SAPO started employing people who can read an address. :(
