A package was sent to us on 11 March 2013. On 12 March 2013 it was logged at DURMAIL (HUB). It has not moved since 12 March 2013. Please let us know what you are doing re delivery of our parcel. This is unacceptable as any business should have contingency plans in place. The tracking number is PE813195599ZA.
