No Delivery

I have been tracking my parcel since early March, and it has been at the Vanderbijlpark HUB since 13 March 2013. It is now 1 May 2013. My trackng number is PE791458818ZA.

I can't believe it takes over a month to get a parcel from Vanderbijlpark to Sasolburg (where I asked it to be delivered to). I will even fetch the parcel from the HUB if I can get the address and be assured that the package is actually there.
