On Saturday 9th March I went to sorbet for a paint and buff, while the therapist was busy with my nails a lady who seemed like her regular customer came in and she told her she was busy and that she should come back in 30minutes time, which didn't make sense to me as she was still busy with my finger nails and still had toe nails to do, she started hurrying and not take her time and started being clumsy and every time I would point out a mistake she would get irritated and after she was done she just left me sitting on the reclining chair without advising how long I should wait or even assisting me put my shoes on, and then when it was time for me to pay the till area was a mess and they were giving customers who came after me first preference, I was the only black customer there so it is obvious what I was thinking, the whole experience was just horrible they spoiled my day, worse part I was with my 4 year old daughter and they didn't take that into consideration, all the time I was waiting at the till I kept asking if I could pay quiclky as she was complaining that she urgently needs to go to the bathroom!!! I don't see myself returning there ever or any sorbet branch!
