6 months later no wedding photos

We got married on the 15th of September 2012 and to date are still waiting for our wedding album. I understand that Suppliers are busy but this is ridiculous. We have paid over 70% and we are still waiting. I do not want the album anymore and want a refund for everything except the time for the shoot. I will not endorse his service and I am not interested in his empty promises...
