Dalene is a private social worker. In her reports that was submitted to court, there were numerous mistakes in. She submitted wrong information, wrong names within the report etc. She almost never answers her phone, and she never responds to messages left for her on her cellphone and landline voicemail, even after I stated that there was an emergency. I would not refer anybody to her, as she is in a position of power, but does not do her job properly (it is affecting lives)
