Two Environ moisturisers that I bought from the store opened up at the side of packaging, oozing cream out of the tube. One incident was a year ago & another a few months ago. When it happened, I brought it back to the store. They said they can't replace it, but would 1st contact Environ to ask if they would replace product, and that they'd get back to me. Months later, nobody got back to me.
During Feb, I contacted Environ on FB & they called me. I explained what happened & that there is some product left but it's mostly used up. They said I must take it back to Sorbet Claremont & let them replace it, & they would sort out the rest.
The lady at the store had such a bad attitude, & didn't want to replace it from the start. She eventually agreed to replace one, but not the other one that was mostly used, even though I told her that Environ said they would reimburse them. She treated me like I was stupid & taking chances. I have been a loyal customer there for long. She didn't even care at all when I said I won't buy from them again.
I am an honest customer and refuse to be treated like a fancy. I am very happy to take my business elsewhere, but I'm bitterly disappointed!!
