I was quite shocked at the bad attitude I was received with at Sorbet Claremont. I have been a Sorbet customer for the last 2 years, and frequent the Canal Walk branch for my monthly wax. I consider this to be a sensitive procedure.
Upon arrival, I was shown to the room, by Cindy Smith, where I was not even provided a towel to cover myself. Besides her continuous bad attitude, my privacy was invaded, without even an apology from her side.
While she was busy with the Hollywood wax, her son shouted from the other side of the door, while peeping through the hole: "Mommy, I can see you. And I can see the lady." I was in total shock. And instead of covering me, or apologising for that matter, she just added nonchalantly that I do not have to worry, he is still a child. As if I had no say that I was incredibly uncomfortable with that.
In addition to her bad attitude, she worked sloppily and in a hurry, and did not remove all the hair. She ignored me telling her that the wax was too hot and burned my skin.
I am disgusted in her level of customer service. Someone like that should definitely not work one on one with anyone.
