THEY TO THE CUSTOMER, PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

On 1/3/2013, i received a call From Durban Home Care stating that they were opening a branch in Malvern & offerED me a FREE Upholstery Cleaning. When i asked the lady if they were able to do the chairs of my Dining Room Suite she said YES, . So i made an appointment with Shereen (supervisor), Sat 02/03/2013 @ 13:30. They turn up early, don't clean Upholstery, to customer, The machine costs approx. R26 000- CHARLOTTE MENTIONED THAT HER MACHINE IS 8YRS OLD & THE MACHINES MOTOR IS ONLY WORKING 30%, so after 9 years or so would i have to replace the machine? IT TURNS OUT THAT THIS COMPANY IS WELL ESTABLISHED IN GLENWOOD (According to Charlotte) WITH NO INTENTION OF OPENING ANOTHER BRANCH! & THE CATCH HERE IS TO SELL A VACUUM.IS IT OK FOR A COMPANY TO ABOUT ITS SERVICES OR OTHER INFORMATION?
IS THIS NOT BREACH OF CONTRACT?
