Nappies and customer service both terrible

In the last 3 months we received 18 Reject nappies in about 5 packs. They only had one tab on one side or the tab on one side was unusable. I lodged complaints via phone, via facebook and no response... I believe Nampak to have the worst service in suppliers as I work with Nampak in more than one department.
