I have been using Cuddlers nappies for my kids and I was happy with their product. However in the last few months Inoticed that each pack I bought was bound to have at least1/3 of nap not sticking on the other side.
everytime I bought a pack I would hope that they have improved but it seems i am wrong, i find even more nappies not sticking.
On 20 May i phoned to complain to the supplier Nampak tissue and i was advised by Francois to send two set of nappies with the problem so they can send to whoever is responsible and possibly refunding me by means of voucher.
I sent the nappies via courier to JOburg as I stay in Cape Town. i was also told that i will be refunded for courie expenses. I follow up and Franco told me he received them, and that he will send to responsible person, that was the last time i heard from him. i phoned the person who ll pick up the phone would take my details and tell me they will come back to me, we are in August month now and nobody responded, no refund for my courie, no refund for the nappies. NOTHING.
I am so disgusted with their service and product. can somebody senior tell me what i need to do now? I want my money back please
