We renewed our box on 13th Feb. We specifically changed to a PO Box because of poor delivery sometimes two months after postage date. Since 13th Feb our mail was send back though we showed the clerk our receipt. It is now 5th Mar and it is still being send back. What shoddy service. When, once again we went to speak to the clerk she blamed an unknown person who put a sticker on our box to say that they box is closed. Do they have any idea of the havoc this caused to the business. Struggling to get Telkom bills etc. etc.
